A bit about me…

Hello and welcome. I’ve been practising yoga since 2010, when I was lucky enough to join a beautiful pregnancy yoga class. Since then I’ve practiced different types of yoga, from Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa through to Restorative Yoga, and it would be a privilege to teach you.

Yoga can bring balance to body and mind, through connecting to the breath, moving with comfort in postures, and practising relaxation and meditation techniques. It is for everyone, of any age and of any fitness level.

I have been fortunate to practice with and learn from some wonderful teachers. Special thanks to Sigrid Twibell, Sue Watson, Jane Craggs, Manjunaga, Jill Amison, Sarah-Alexandra Teodorescu and Alison Colyer.

Qualifications

British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course in Yoga

Yogacampus 200-hour Teacher Training Course (accredited by Yoga Alliance and the Independent Yoga Network)

First Aid and Paediatric First Aid
